Most screen replacements, charging port, battery replacement and common repairs are done within 30 - 60 minutes. Complex repairs may take longer, and we’ll inform you of the estimated time during inspection.


Do I Need to Book an Appointment?

We offer flexible repair options to suit your needs:

  1. Call-Out Service – We come to you at a location of your choice.
     
  2. Walk-Ins – Visit one of our repair centres without an appointment.
     
  3. Book an Appointment – Choose a time that works best for you.
     

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking an appointment -especially during busy hours - to avoid any wait times. Appointments are usually available within 30 minutes, so even if you’re in a rush, we can often see you straight away.

Please note: there may be occasional instances where we’re unavailable due to high demand or personal circumstances. In such cases, walk-ins or immediate call-outs may not be possible. Booking in advance helps us ensure we’re available when you need us.

We offer both original (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and budget.


Yes, we offer a warranty on most repairs - typically 3 months depending on the service and part used.


In most cases, your data will remain intact during repairs. However, we strongly recommend backing up your data before any service - especially for hardware-level repairs. While we take every possible precaution to protect your data, we cannot accept responsibility for any data loss that may occur.


We understand that it’s not always possible to back up your device, especially when it's not functioning. Nevertheless, our data policy aligns with industry standards followed by major companies such as Apple and Samsung, who also do not assume liability for customer data during repairs.


Yes, we perform diagnostics and repairs on water-damaged devices. The success depends on the extent of the damage.


Yes, we do. Pickup services are available in select areas, depending on location, timing, and the type of repair required. Currently, we offer pickup services for screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.


We provide honest, transparent advice. If we believe a repair isn’t cost-effective, we’ll let you know and guide you toward the best solution. We also understand that some customers may wish to repair their device due to valuable data stored on it. In such cases, we can offer solutions to recover and transfer your data safely to a new device - even if the phone itself isn’t worth repairing.


We understand and respect your privacy. Here’s how we keep your data safe:

1. No Access Policy:
We do not access, view, or copy your data. Our technicians are trained to focus only on hardware and necessary software diagnostics - nothing more.


2. Repairs Without Login (Where Possible):
We always try to repair your device without needing to unlock it. For many hardware repairs (e.g., screen, battery, charging port), no access to your data is needed at all.


3. Data Protection Agreement (Optional):
We can provide a written agreement stating that we will not access or tamper with your personal data. Just ask for it!


4. Recommend Backup First:
Before bringing your device, we recommend backing up your data (especially for software repairs or resets), just to be safe.


5. Encrypted Storage (If Device is Left):
If your device stays with us overnight, it’s securely stored in a locked cabinet in our shop under CCTV surveillance.
